After a week using the product, I have to say my workout today was amazing. My legs felt like they were on steroids. I lifted heavier on my legs and was able to do more reps. My legs are looking amazing. Give this product time to get into your system dedicate yourself and it will work. I'm a guy with a nice fitness Booty and I do have to say the ladies were loving it in the gym, this product has enhance my features for a guy and if this works for me it will definitely work for you ladies i use these products because I want to get back into being an underwear model and this is really helping me
