Definitely gives you the right charge before the workout and I feel great after the workout with the recovery. Taste like coolaide from my childhood. It’s the only allowed sweats in my diet so I appreciate it.

Hello I received the product but unfortunately I haven’t been able to start yet bc I pulled a muscle in my rib area & the doctor took me off work for 2weeks told me to hold off on starting work out as well. I bought the 39?day meal plan as well & I’m wondering if any of my packages have started already

I enjoy the taste of the products! The Thick Quick tastes like Reese’s peanut butter, and helps me get my daily protein intake; the body juice helps me get my daily water intake, while the Tap In & Burn pills help me stay motivated and moving throughout the day. The Tap In also helped be cut back on coffee!

You can tell that you put your heart into this it’s something like putting your foot in your cooking but with supplements you put your foot into it.
