Taste overall better than I expected. It blends very well I add strawberries and bananas with almond milk and I drink one everyday before the gym with my thick quick capsules. After a week using the product, I have to say my workout today was amazing. My legs felt like they were on steroids. I lifted heavier on my legs and was able to do more reps. My legs are looking amazing. Give this product time to get into your system dedicate yourself and it will work. I absolutely love the products. The waistband actually makes you sweat without pain of a zipper. You can adjust it to your waist. My energy is up and I’m loving the taste of the shake. I’m going to keep working and post my results.

wasn't sure at first but I'm happily surprised. It's the smoothest protein ive tried. It mixes so well. It mixes in a shaker or a blender. I drink it once a day. It helps with meal replacements and when I want an extra snack but no meal. I really like it and I will be purchasing it again..

This product is amazing! I drink a shake every morning to start my day along with 3 pills and it makes a huge difference rather than having shake later in the day.
