After a week using the product, I have to say my workout today was amazing. My legs felt like they were on steroids. I lifted heavier on my legs and was able to do more reps. wasn't sure at first but I'm happily surprised. It's the smoothest protein ive tried. It mixes so well. It mixes in a shaker or a blender. I drink it once a day. It helps with meal replacements and when I want an extra snack but no meal. I really like it and I will be purchasing it again..
