Exchanges
Customers have 10 calendar days to initiate the exchange of an item(s) from the date the item(s) are received. Customers must notify us at geneinuslist@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of sending the item that an exchange is on its way to us. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs with the carrier of their choice. Clearance sales are final and cannot exchanged. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns/Refunds
If an item is defective or our fulfillment team made a mistake, we will accept the item back for a refund. Defects do not include sizing or color as compared to product photography. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection is complete. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), or send out the replacement item(s). If returned, you will receive the credit within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will generally receive your item within 2-5 business days after placing an order. International orders placed from outside of the US expect to receive your order between 10-25 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. If your order is returned to sender for any reason, GENEINUS will deduct the total return shipping fee from your refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. International Shipping
GeneInUs is based in the United States - when ordering from a country outside of the United States it is your responsibility to check local customs laws prior to ordering our products internationally. GeneInUs is not liable for customs fees, lost packages, or refused entry packages.
If your country subjects package to the Goods and Service Tax and/or duties you (the customer) are responsible for this payment. If you deny the package due to these charges and the package is then returned please be aware that you (the customer) will be responsible for the return shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from your return upon receipt of your package and the remaining balance will then be refunded.
Claims
You have 10 days after your order has shipped to file a claim with us. Please keep in mind if you are missing an item you must keep all packaging, for weight and box size shipped, to be able to file a claim as this will be needed as proof to UPS and GIU for a claim investigation. If you do not contact us within this time frame we will not be able to assist with a resolution as our window will have closed for claims access.
