So far have week and half and I love it , vegan protein shake is crazy good !!! The fact it’s vegan no way it’s best vegan protein shake I’ve had and as pcos girl doesn’t spike my insulin levels.

Taste overall better than I expected. It blends very well I add strawberries and bananas with almond milk and I drink one everyday before the gym with my thick quick capsules. I absolutely love the products. The waistband actually makes you sweat without pain of a zipper. You can adjust it to your waist. My energy is up and I’m loving the taste of the shake. I’m going to keep working and post my results.
