Both are great I think I left a review but this is an update I been consistent with it so far and I see the result I feel the muscle gain and I’m hooked on the Taste I don’t even want food rly and it keeps me full, I will be sticking to it
It taste amazing! I blend in strawberries, bananas, peanut butter, and almond milk! Best protein shake I’ve had without an after taste! I’ll be purchasing more soon.
The mass quick Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Reese’s are both good , not consistent just yet to say if it’s helping me with muscle gain but I’ll be back once I see a change becz I def lift and drink it after my workouts
